• Interest Data: Topics you view, resonate with, and post about — used for AI-powered interest detection.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers for security.
• Usage Data: How you interact with the platform, features used, and time spent.

• To create and manage your account
• To personalize your interest feed using AI
• To detect and recommend auto-interests based on your activity
• To process gift transactions and maintain your wallet
• To send verification codes and important notifications

4. Interest Data & AI

MyAlwaysOn uses AI to analyze your interactions (views, resonances, posts, searches) to build your interest fingerprint. This data is used solely to improve your experience by suggesting relevant content and auto-interests.

You can view and manage your auto-detected interests at any time in Settings → Interests. You can also disable AI activity tracking in Settings → Privacy.

5. Anonymous Posting

When you post anonymously, your identity is hidden from other users. However, MyAlwaysOn retains the connection between your account and anonymous posts for moderation and legal compliance purposes. Anonymous does not mean unaccountable.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data:

• With service providers: For SMS verification, cloud hosting, and payment processing.
• For legal reasons: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, or valid legal requests.
• With your consent: When you explicitly authorize sharing.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure servers, and regular security audits. Your phone number is hashed and stored securely. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you deactivate your account:

• Your signals are hidden immediately
• Your data is scheduled for permanent deletion after 30 days
• You can reactivate within 30 days to restore your account
• Gift wallet balances are non-refundable upon deactivation

• Access your data (export available in Settings)
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your account and data
• Opt out of AI activity tracking
• Control notification preferences

10. Children's Privacy

MyAlwaysOn is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
