By accessing or using MyAlwaysOn ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use MyAlwaysOn. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement. One account per mobile device is permitted.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide a valid mobile number for verification.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account.
• You may not share your verification codes or account access with others.
• MyAlwaysOn reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Content & Conduct

You are solely responsible for the signals (content) you post. You agree not to:

• Post illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity (except when using the anonymous posting feature)
• Spam, manipulate engagement, or use bots
• Violate intellectual property rights of others
• Post content that exploits or endangers minors
• Use the Platform for illegal activities

MyAlwaysOn reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

5. Interest-Based Platform

MyAlwaysOn is an interest engine, not a social network. There are no follower counts. Content is distributed based on interest relevance, not social connections. By using the Platform, you understand that:

• Your content reaches users based on their interests, not your follower count
• AI analyzes your activity to personalize your feed
• You can opt out of AI tracking in Settings

6. Gift Economy & Credits

• Gift credits are a virtual currency usable only within MyAlwaysOn.
• Credits have no cash value outside the Platform.
• Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by law.
• MyAlwaysOn is not responsible for gifts sent to incorrect recipients.
• Credit balances are forfeited upon account deactivation.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant MyAlwaysOn a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content on the Platform. MyAlwaysOn's name, logo, and design elements are protected trademarks.

8. Privacy

Your use of MyAlwaysOn is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described therein.

9. Termination

You may deactivate your account at any time from Settings. MyAlwaysOn may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your content will be hidden and scheduled for deletion.

10. Disclaimer

MyAlwaysOn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation. We are not responsible for content posted by users.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyAlwaysOn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes.
