1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MyAlwaysOn, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use MyAlwaysOn. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. One account per person is permitted. Multiple accounts used to evade restrictions or manipulate gifts will be terminated.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide a valid email address
• You are responsible for your account security
• You may not share verification codes or account access
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms

4. Content & Conduct

You are solely responsible for the signals you post. You agree not to:

• Post illegal, harmful, threatening, or obscene content
• Impersonate others (except via anonymous feature)
• Spam or manipulate engagement
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Post content that endangers minors
• Use the platform for illegal activities

5. Tag-Based Platform

MyAlwaysOn is an interest engine, not a social network. Content is distributed based on interest tags, not follower counts. By using the platform, you understand that your content reaches users based on their interests, and that you can manage your interests in your profile.

6. Gift Economy & Credits

MyAlwaysOn operates a gift-based credit system. As of the current release, the platform runs entirely on FTC (Free Token Credits), which are granted by the platform and cannot be purchased with real money.

• FTC are a virtual credit usable only within MyAlwaysOn
• FTC have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn
• FTC balances are forfeited upon account termination

A future release may introduce PTC (Paid Token Credits), which would be purchased with real money and withdrawable. When and if PTC launches, this section will be updated and users will be notified in advance. Any refund policy for PTC will be stated at that time.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant MyAlwaysOn a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content on the platform.

8. Privacy

Your use of MyAlwaysOn is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

You may deactivate your account at any time. We may suspend accounts for violations. Upon termination, content is hidden and scheduled for deletion.

10. Disclaimer

MyAlwaysOn is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not responsible for user-posted content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyAlwaysOn is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be brought in the courts of Malaysia.
